Hi, I’m Joanne — a lawyer turned certified coach, speaker, and community builder.

My Career Journey

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across both the public and private sectors:

Clerking in the U.S. Department of Justice
Litigating in Big Law
Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams at a law firm and a tech startup
Launching my own business

I’ve held roles as an individual contributor, a people manager, a Director reporting to a C-Suite executive, and a founder and CEO.

Through every chapter, I’ve learned what it takes to succeed in fast-moving, high-pressure environments, to lead through change, and to move across industries and up the corporate ladder.

But I’ve also learned what it’s like to check all the boxes — to live a “successful” life on paper — and still feel anxious, unfulfilled, and stuck.

Now, through coaching, speaking, and hosting retreats, I use everything I’ve learned to help others navigate their own twists and turns — building meaningful careers and successful lives on their own terms.
